Our menu is Mediterranean at its core, infused with Albanian heart. From creamy risottos and
flavorful pasta dishes to our signature pinsa – light, crisp, and full of flavor – each plate is
prepared with care, using fresh, thoughtfully selected ingredients. Many of our recipes are
inspired by the traditions of southern Europe and the Balkans – where food is all about
warmth, generosity, and bringing people together.
